Club fee payments are due in full by 10/15/23, prior to first week of fall practices.

If you are paying by check, please still complete the payment form below and select the "Check Club Fee Payment" ticket option to indicate that you will mail a check.

If you are paying online, there will be a 2.5% service fee and 2.9% debit/credit card processing fee added. These fees are unfortunately not avoidable for us to accept online payment for club fees.

Refund Policy:
Club fee payments are non-refundable. The only exception that will be made is if the player experiences an injury preventing play for the remainder of the club season. The refund given will be adjusted to the amount of practices/tournaments missed, up to 50% of the original club fee payment.

USA Lacrosse Membership (Required):
All lacrosse players, coaches, and officials are required to have an active USA Lacrosse Membership. Your player's membership ID # must be provided with your club fee payment. If your player does not have an active membership, you may purchase one at the following link. Memberships for players aged 7-14 cost $30/yr.
