FUNDAMENTALS TRAINING
Small group training with a focus on building strong fundamental lacrosse foundations for players of all positions
Open to youth grades 3-5
& beginners grades 6-8
Sundays 5-6PM @ New Albany MS
Series 2 - 10/6, 10/13, & 10/20
Led by Jesse Lawrence
SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
Training with a focus on acceleration, form, balance, coordination, and changing directions while minimizing loss of speed
Open to youth grade 5
& middle school grades 6-8
Sundays 6-7PM @ New Albany MS
Series 2 - 10/6, 10/13, & 10/20
