Our Sunday Tune-Up Series offers supplemental, in-season skills training for further player development outside of regular practices. Training will include shooting, dodging, passing, stick skills, footwork, and lacrosse IQ development. Registration is open to all boys & girls grades 4-8th.

Players should bring cleats, gloves (boys), stick, and helmet/goggles.
