Advanced, fast-paced defensive skills training for experienced defenders and LSM's in a small group setting
Open to experienced players grades 9-12
If you are a beginner at the HS level, please inquire about private training options

There are only 10 spots available for each series to ensure all players receive 1 on 1 training feedback.
Players will need cleats, gloves (boys), stick, and helmet/goggles.
