 iQ LACROSSE TRAVEL TEAMS

At iQ Lacrosse, player development is above everything else. As a PLL Verified Program, our goal is to bring together competitive players who are eager to learn and take their skills to the next level. Through challenging training, practices, and tournaments with our experienced coaching staff, we aim for every player to finish the club season much stronger than they started. Our dedicated coaching staff has gone through the process of playing travel lacrosse, navigating the recruiting scene, playing at the collegiate level, and coaching travel teams.

The name "iQ Lacrosse" comes from our core belief that teaching every player how to effectively analyze the playing field with each possession is equally as vital as training athleticism. The mental aspect of the sport is often overlooked despite one's lacrosse IQ playing a key role in becoming a top competitor. Our approach to coaching and training is crafted all around the "whys" of every movement. The lowercase "i" in "iQ Lacrosse" signifies another fundamental principle - it's never about the individual; our coaches and trainers are dedicated to building team players and future leaders of the sport both on and off the field.

2024/25 CLUB FEE: $1,600

FALL SEASON '24
Teams will kick off the fall season with three weeks of practices, three times per week. Practices will include skills training and speed & agility training. This will give players an environment to sharpen their skills, develop team-chemistry, and learn offensive/defensive formations in preparation for the fall tournament. The fall '24 tournament is TBD; last fall, we attended the Graveyard 7v7 in Canton, OH.

SUMMER SEASON '25
During the summer, teams will meet three times per week for two hours. Teams will begin the summer season with three weeks of skills training and speed & agility training followed by regular team practices between the summer tournaments. The summer '25 tournaments are TBD; This summer, we are attending Midwest Prime in Lebanon, OH, Ohio Lacrosse Festival in New Albany, OH, and King of Queens in Lebanon, OH.
