DETAILS

Training with a focus on acceleration, form, balance, coordination, and changing directions while minimizing loss of speed. Open to athletes grades 5-8!

Led by Strength & Conditioning Coach, Ryan Cochran:

  • 14 years of personal training and strength and conditioning experience
  • Trained numerous Olympic athletes across various disciplines
  • Former international rugby player who dedicated 20 years to the sport
  • Tiger Rugby and the Stellenbosch Academy of Sports
  • Trained South African 7s rugby team to compete on the world stage
