Our goal is to bring together competitive players seeking to develop their skills through challenging training, practices, and tournaments with our experienced coaches/trainers. Our focus is to better our players both on and off the field. With this, every player will be held to a high standard. iQ Lacrosse coaches have gone through the process of playing travel lacrosse, navigating the recruiting scene, playing at the D1 collegiate level, and coaching travel teams.

Teams will begin with an exclusive training camp consisting of skills training led by our head coach/trainer, Austin Popovich, and speed & agility training. This camp will give players an environment to sharpen their skills, develop team-chemistry, and learn offensive/defensive schemes in preparation for fall/summer tournaments. Between summer tournaments, the team will meet for practice three times per week.
