ABOUT iQ LACROSSE

Because lacrosse has been such a major part of our lives for the past 15 years, iQ Lacrosse is dedicated to building future leaders of the sport, both on and off the field.

As a PLL Verified Organization, we strive to provide the highest quality training in central Ohio. Our professional trainers build strong fundamental foundations for beginners while pushing experienced players to level up his or her game through challenging skills training.

Our lacrosse private training and lacrosse clinics are crafted around teaching players how to read the playing field in front of them, adapt to situations on the fly, and achieve the best outcome through playing intelligently. Players can expect to train their "lacrosse IQ" through numerous drills exercising teamwork, ball movement, dodging, stick skills, shooting, and agility/footwork.

Our team consists of trainers who have all played at Division 1 collegiate level with over 10 years of playing experience. Whether in a one on one or group setting, we are dedicated to providing ALL players with one on one attention.
